Is a steel roof worth the extra money?
Often, yes. Steel costs more up front, but it lasts about 40 to 70 years, compared to about 15 to 30 for asphalt shingles. It also sheds snow and moss, which matters in BC. If you plan to stay a long time, it usually pays off. We'll quote both so you can decide.
Can you repair my roof instead of replacing it?
Often we can. If a repair will do the job, we'll tell you. We only recommend a new roof when the old one is truly done.
What areas do you cover?
